Data collected: the information you send us through the site's forms (contact, report or study request, checklist downloads, alerts): name, email address, phone number where provided, the address of the premises under study and the project details you choose to provide. Strictly necessary technical connection data is also processed (for example the IP address, for security and abuse prevention).

Audience measurement: the site uses Google Analytics 4 in consent mode. Consent is denied by default: no advertising or individual-tracking cookie is set without your agreement; only aggregated, anonymised statistics are produced.

Purposes: answering your request, producing and delivering the requested pre-diagnostic or report (including its delivery by email), contacting you back about your project, keeping the service secure and improving our analyses. No solely automated decision producing legal effects is taken on this basis.

Legal basis: your consent, collected explicitly when you submit a form (Article 6.1.a GDPR); the performance of pre-contractual measures or of the contract when you order a service (Article 6.1.b); and our legitimate interest in securing the service and producing aggregated statistics (Article 6.1.f).

Recipients and processors: your data is processed by AvantBail and its technical processors — site delivery and security (Cloudflare), database hosting (Supabase), transactional email (Resend), audience measurement (Google) — bound by confidentiality commitments. Your data is never resold.

Transfers outside the EU: some of these providers may process data outside the European Union (notably in the United States). These transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards: an adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Retention periods: contact requests and prospects — 3 years after the last exchange; contractual and billing documents — 10 years (legal obligation); technical security logs — 12 months maximum.

Your rights: you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object, restrict and port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise them, write to bonjour@avantbail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Cookies: audience-measurement trackers are subject to your consent (denied by default). A consent-management module allowing you to change your choice at any time is being deployed.

Security: we implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data (encryption in transit, access control, environment segregation).
